I am a first-generation college graduate, lifelong learner, and equity-driven leader. I hold a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from The Pennsylvania State University, an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership, and a B.S. in Biological Sciences/Genetics from Rutgers University. Since the age of 15, I have trained in jujitsu, judo, and mixed martial arts, which has taught me the value of humility, discipline, and resilience. I also find balance and inspiration through writing and painting. I believe leadership is rooted in care, accountability, and the willingness to grow alongside others.
