COLEGAS is an affiliate of the National Community College Hispanic Council (NCCHC). Our mission is to elevate authentic Latina/o/x leadership to accelerate, change and advance equity for Latina/o/x professionals and students. COLEGAS will develop, elevate, and increase leadership from our comunidad latina throughout higher education using liberatory practices.
